I would bet that in some realities, dragons are/were physical beings, and you probably are/were part of one of those realities. I think all or at least most of the "mythical" creatures are real somewhere and not fantasy, not even astral-only beings.
As soon as reading about the connection between ships and dragons, I thought of the Viking boots that had dragons on them, so I was trilled when I read further! Maybe that’s why I resonate with Vikings, especially lately, because they honored and respected dragons ♥️
Wow, this is such a wonderful vision. I love learning more about Emerald! Her insights are magical. "Some ships have dragons, and some dragons have ships."
Governmental systems of various countries / regions / empires.
Some people use "patriarchy" in a similar way to how the word empire is used in my writing.
(My dragons and angels avoid using the word patriarchy because it can paint the masculine in a negative light. So you will generally find the word empire whenever they are speaking of governments in a negative way.)

I agree, I totally believe they were physical in the past! Hopefully some are still tucked away somewhere and we just don't know they still exist...
I believe many myths are / were more real than many of us were lead to believe... :)
Exactly! I think more often than not, myth is reality, and formal consensus “history” is the real myth.
MmmHmm...

That's a fun insight. The vikings seem to have had the dragon thing figured out, they must have had a good thing going in that regard. :)

It’s my pleasure Willow, thank you for replying to me.
I enjoyed your work, if you get a moment to read mine; I’d love to hear what you think.
I just saved your article to my list, I will try to check it out if I have the chance :)
Good luck building your substack, I’m pretty new here myself, starting out is a huge investment but so exciting! :)
Thank you for that friend, I really appreciate it :).
I’ve come from a decent following on Facebook, but here is much better than Facebook.
Such a good community here, and noticeably less trolls.
Looking forward to staying in touch with you Willow.
